Clubs aims and objectives
The purpose of this Club shall be to advance intellectual and cultural interests among adult persons who have
retired or are semi retired from their former occupations. It will hold regular meetings and arrange activities to provide opportunities for fellowship, the development of acquaintance and social interaction.(quote from the clubs constitution)
Meetings
Annual general meeting
3rd Monday in March 10 am to 12 midday
(held at the Traralgon tennis centre clubroom's)
General meetings
3rd Monday of each month 10am to 12 midday
(held at the Traralgon tennis centre clubroom's)
Committee 1st Monday of the month 10 am to 11.30am
( held at the neighborhood house breed st Traralgon)
Current social clubs
Walking group
Meets at red rooster carpark 10am every Tuesday
(walk for 1 hour or a time you feel comfortable with followed with coffee at Mc Donald,s (your choice))
Knit and Natter
Meets at various houses(noted in newsletter) 11am to 3pm 3rd Thursday of each month
Golf
Plays every Thursday (9 holes)mainly at Traralgon golf course 12.30pm winter time 9.30am daylight saving time
Diners club
Meets every 5th Wednesday of the month (4 times per year)can be restaurant or a members house
Traralgon travellers
General rule one major trip and one minor trip per year (autumn and spring)
One a bus trip the other a caravan / cabin trip around Victoria

Trips vary from 5 to 10 days
Day trips
Currently 4 day bus trips per year
Train trips generally one or two per year making use of free senior travel tickets
